Formwork Components

Wall Panel: We have different sizes of wall panels for different slab height. The slab height is usually 2.9m in China. Based on that, the inner wall form height is 2.55m and outer wall panel height is 27m. These two sizes could be taken as the standard sizes. If the slab height changes, the supplementary panels could be used together making the standard sizes repeat in use.


Wall to Slab Pane
To connect beam panel to slab panel and wall panel to slab panel.

Wall to Slab Corner Panel
To connect between beam panel and slab panel or between wall panel and slab panel in inside corner.

Wall to Slab Outside Corner Panel
To connect between beam panel and wall panel or between wall panel and slab panel in outside corner.

Drop Joint
To connect between two decking beams or between decking beam and decking end beam. One of main parts for early-dismantling application.Bottom part of the drop joint should be inserted into the inner tube of the steel props.

Decking beam
To connect adjoining decking beam to support the slab formwork.

Decking beam end
To connect wall to slab panel in two ends.

Connector bar
To connect drop joint and decking beams.

Prop head at beam soffit
One of main parts for early-dismantling application, under beam soffit,and connected with shoring prop by its tube.

Short pin and wedge
To connect two adjoining panels.

Tie rod and wing nut
To strengthen the wall formwork.

Long pin
To connect drop joint, decking beam and connector bar.

Plastic Pipe
To protect the tie rod and control the thickness of the wall.

L-splice
To connect the steel waler in the inner corner of the wall formwork.

Corner Tie Bearing
To connect the steel waler in the outside corner of the wall formwork.

Medium duty shoring prop
To support the slab formwork.

Access bracket(mounted wall forms)
As the working platforms during pouring concrete.

Access bracket(mounted concrete wall)
Assembled on the concrete wall and used as the access of removing and transferring formwork.

DESCRIPTION

Same panels 1.2m used in the walls to be used when forming the slab that gives an excellent advantage in tranforming the wall formwork into a slab formwork just by adding few components. Panels are easily assembled together using the pin&wedge that eliminates the factor of hiring skilled labours to erect the formwork.

Advantages
1. Light is the key, 22kg/m2 makes manpower carrying possible.
2. The system can be connected only by pin and wedge and common workers only use one hammer can finish the installation and dismantling.
3.Due to simplicity of the system and pre-assembly, eliminate the factor of hiring skilled labours to erect the forms,so the labor costs will be saved.
4. Aluminum alloy structure eliminates the metal rusty factor of structure collapse and lasts longer. Can be reused more than 1500 times with careful handling and good mainenance.
5. More economic, the average forming cost is only 50% of the plywood system.
6. No need to use the plywood so it will be more environmental and energy saving.
